Survey Says...
During the months of July-September we had another customer survey available through our website. Cynthia W of Seattle was randomly selected out of over 100 respondents as the winner of a fabulous food and wine gift basket.
We’d like to share some survey results with you:
- 80% of our responses indicated that a trustworthy company was the most important factor in selecting Cascade, followed closely by providing treatments that are safe for family and pets.
- The majority of survey takers have referred us to someone, and that was most commonly a neighbor – thank you for that!
- While there wasn’t overwhelming demand for additional services, the ones that customers would be most interested in were roof moss removal or window washing service.
We will resume our customer surveys in 2011 but in the meantime your feedback is very important to us and is always welcome.
