Penner-Ash Notes — A Road More Traveled
Every year when we hit the road late winter, early spring to market our wines, not only does it give us an accurate and first hand perspective of the market, but also quirky and entertaining moments with our brethren on the sales end of the wine industry.
On her first trip out this season Lynn felt her winemaking expertise qualified her as roving matchmaker extraordinaire. Read more.

2007 Pas de Nom - Barrel Select Pinot noir
New to the portfolio is our Pas de Nom, an ultra premium Pinot noir blended from our favorite 5 barrels in the cellar. The vineyard sources include our estate Dussin Vineyard, Shea Vineyard (both Yamhill-Carlton AVA), Bella Vida Vineyard in the Red Hills of Dundee AVA and Zena Crown Vineyard in the Eola Hills AVA. It's a winemakers dream - to choose just a few of their favorite barrels each vintage for a special bottling. This wine will be included in our Cellar Club shipment and sold through the winery. Extremely limited quantities. To order please call 503.554.5545 or email Natalie.
Pinot noir - Roséo Perk
In an effort to stretch your dollars AND cellar we are offering 6 bottles of 2007 Roséo at no charge with any purchase of 12 bottles of Pinot noir. Tingle your guest palates with the Roséo and apps before moving into our Reserve quality Willamette Valley or Single Vineyard Pinot noirs. When you order 12 Pinot noirs we will automatically add the 6 bottles of Roséo at the time of shipping.

Natalie's Favorite Appetizer Recipe
My favorite appetizers to serve at dinner parties or even larger gatherings are Gougères and Gougère Sandwiches. Gougères are Burgundian cheese puffs, and of course they pair nicely with Pinot noir (and Champagne). They are compliment inspiring on their own, but I like to take them one step further. See Natalie's recipe.
