Welcome to VitaFriends
Dear VitaFriend,
Welcome to the VitaFriends community and our debut e-newsletter. This will be the start of many more first-rate, informative editions that will make their way to your inbox! Vitaflo is very excited about communicating regularly with the metabolic community on a variety of topics, such as product updates, recipe ideas and diet tips, as well as seasonal features and special events that we might be hosting or attending.
Vitaflo recognizes the many important people involved in the treatment and management of metabolic disorders, including the patient, the supportive parents and family members, the caring clinicians, and the support and advocacy groups! The VitaFriends community proudly encompasses all of these individuals and groups.

Meet a VitaFriend - Adam Kemple
 My name is Adam Kemple, I am 31 years old and have PKU. I work part time, go to college, coach high school track and also compete in NCAA track meets myself. I was on a PKU powdered formula until about a year ago. Making it every day became a hassle. Sometimes I got so busy I didn't even make it and would go a few days without drinking it at all. I was doing this and still competing in all the track meets and practicing five times a week. I started losing weight because my body was burning the muscle I had for the protein it needed.
